The Dunkirk Dynamo Tour takes you to the key historical sites of the Battle of Dunkirk and Operation Dynamo. The tour can also include the filming locations of the 2017 Hollywood blockbuster *Dunkirk*.
During this enjoyable tour, travelling in your own car or coach, or in one of our vehicles, our guide will introduce you to the must-see sites of Operation Dynamo. He or she can also take you to the filming locations of *Dunkirk*, directed by Christopher Nolan and released in July 2017.
During the two-hour tour, we will stop at the following memorial sites:

The evacuation beaches
Today, these beautiful, wide sandy beaches are peaceful and serene. In the spring of 1940, however, the situation was very different. Imagine being a soldier of the British Expeditionary Force, desperately hoping to board one of the Dunkirk Little Ships to escape the “Hell of Dunkirk”…The port
The East Mole in the port was the point from which most soldiers were evacuated. We will stop at an impressive bunker, built by the Germans during the occupation, to view a preserved section of the original East Mole.Princess Elizabeth
This paddle steamer, built in 1926, made four return crossings between England and Dunkirk and rescued 1,673 troops.British Memorial and Cemetery
The impressive British Memorial commemorates the 4,528 soldiers of the British Expeditionary Force who died in 1940 and have no known grave.
